Office Yoga
Office Yoga is a style of yoga designed to be done while working at an office or whilst working from home.
The postures taken are designed to alleviate common problems people experience from being seated for long hours at a desk, including; poor posture, a tight neck, sore backs and tight hips.
What is Office Yoga?
Do I have to wear special clothes?
Do I need to be physically fit?
Do I need to be flexible?
Do I need a special space to practice?
The answer to all of these questions is NO!
You just have to show up as you are and be guided through a series of gentle movements and breathing practices and pay attention to the shift you will likely feel mentally and physically.
