A message from Lindsey
Yoga nidra has been one of the most transformative practices in my own life, and teaching it is something I hold with a lot of care.
Around my mid-forties, I started waking every night between 3 and 5am. I wasn't struggling to fall asleep — it was the waking, and the spiral of thoughts that followed, that wore me down. Yoga nidra changed that. Not always by sending me back to sleep, but by taking the stress out of being awake. That shift alone was everything.
It wasn't until I took a savasana elective during my teacher training that I truly understood what this practice could do. Something in me settled that I didn't even know was unsettled.
Now it's woven into my everyday life — I'll often use it after lunch to reset and come back to the afternoon feeling clear and grounded. It's become less of a practice and more of a lifeline.
I made these audios because I wanted to share that with you.
